On this Corona page we will update the information regarding any information known to us. You will find many answers to your questions here!

At this moment only the basic corona measures apply. Wearing a face mask is NOT REQUIRED ANYMORE and we will no longer enforce this. Of course you are free to wear a face mask if you prefer. We ask that you respect the basic rules to enjoy a safe and relaxed stay in our hotel.

Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below:

Overnight stay

  • We look forward to welcoming you in person and answering all the questions, you might have.
  • On arrival you can disinfect your hands in the lobby.
  • We will ensure hospitable check-in with 1,5 meters distance for you.
  • All our staff members have been instructed how to proceed with regard to COVID-19.
  • Every day our professional cleaners will clean the rooms and the door handles, besides (stair) handrails, elevator buttons are cleaned several times a day. Our staff members are required to wash their hands during the day.

Food & Drinks

You can again use our breakfast buffet without restrictions.

Lunch & Dinner:
All interior dining areas (restaurant/lobby/bar) are open again! For lunch from 11:00 to 17:00 and dinner from 17:00 to 22:00. We have several restaurant areas that we use, so keep this in mind.

You must make a table reservation via the reception or reserve your table by telephone before arrival on 020 - 820 7600;
Please note that reservations are highly recommended for both hotel guests and outside guests, otherwise we may have to disappoint you!

Room service:
We have put together a tasty room service menu for guests who prefer to dine in their room. We bring the meals to the door of the hotel rooms, according to the guidelines of the RIVM. You can order room service until 21:00 and there is an extra charge for room service.

You will find a QR code in your room, on which you can find our room service menu and immediately place your order and pay securely.

Hotel bar and lobby:
Our lobby and hotel bar are open again for both hotel and non-hotel guests according to the guidelines of the RIVM, everyone must be registered on arrival.

Our terrace is open to both hotel and non-hotel guests when the weather permits. We do not take reservations for the terrace, everyone must be registered on arrival.

Lunch buffet, brunch, and Live Cooking:
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a lunch buffet, brunch or Live Cooking.


Swimming pool and wellness, open daily between 10am and 10pm
  • Our swimming pool and wellness are open to all hotel guests.
  • Keeping 1.5 meters is mandatory. Is it crowded in the pool? Avoid the crowds and come back later.

Fitness, open daily between 6am and 10pm
  • Ourfitness facilitiesare open to all hotel guests.

Extra house rules during Corona period

Strict measures apply in our hotel and restaurants to ensure a safe and hospitable stay for you, our other guests and our employees. For this reason, we request that you observe the following rules:

1. The hotel has a strict hygiene and safety policy. This is also indicated in various places in the hotel and/or are pointed out by our employees. You must adhere to this policy and also follow instructions from employees in this area. In particular:

  • keep 1.5 meters away from other guests and staff at all times;
  • stay at home if you have a cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough, fever from 38 degrees Celsius or - if the complaints occur during your stay/visit - leave the hotel;
  • stay at home if a housemate has or has had colds and fever and/or shortness of breath, as a result of which you are also forced to remain in quarantine according to government measures;
  • follow the outes (when indicated) as indicated in the hotel;
  • Follow the other measures as indicated in the hotel.

2. If a guest does not comply with (one of) the measures or instructions from the staff with regard to hygiene, safety and routing, the hotel is entitled to order you to leave the building and/or you deny access. The hotel is also entitled to recover any damage from non-compliance with these Covid-19 (Corona) rules.
