We are delighted that we are allowed to welcome more and more guests. Did you know that our hotel never closed? In order to do so, we have adjusted our procedures and rooms in various ways, which allows you to have a safe and relaxing stay at our hotel.

You will find all details on this page.

Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.

It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below including wearing a mandatory face mask:

Overnight stay

We look forward to welcoming you in person, showing you around and answering all the questions, you might have. On arrival you can disinfect your hands in the lobby. We will ensure hospitable check-in with 1,5 meters distance for you. All our staff members have been instructed how to proceed with regard to COVID-19.

Every day our professional cleaners will clean the rooms and the door handles, besides (stair) handrails, elevator buttons are cleaned several times a day. Our staff members are required to wash their hands every half hour.

Food & Drinks

A breakfast package will be made for our hotel guests, which can be picked up during the morning at our taka away desk in the lobby. If you wish to make use of this, you must book it the evening in advance via our reception team.

Lunch & Dinner:
Our restaurant is closed to both hotel and non-hotel guests.

Room service:
Unfortunately our restaurant is closed, this does not prevent us from providing you, as a hotel guest, with the most delicious dishes. In your room you will find a QR code, on which you can find our room service menu and place your order directly and pay securely.

We deliver the dishes to the door of your hotel room. You will receive the first and second course of your order at the same time, are you ready for dessert? Please contact the reception so that we can deliver it.

Hotel bar and lobby:
Our hotel bar & lobby are unfortunately closed again and are no longer accessible to our hotel guests and passers-by.

Brunch, Lunch Buffet and Live Cooking:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a lunch buffet, brunch or Live Cooking at the moment.

Swimming pool & Wellness

IMPORTANT: From December 15, the swimming pool and our wellness will unfortunately be completely closed until further notice.

Can we eat in the hotel again?

  • Yes, we provide room service. We deliver the dishes to the door of your hotel room.

Can we eat in the restaurant again without a hotel stay?

  • No, unfortunately our restaurant is closed.

Do I have to reserve a time for breakfast?

  • No, unfortunately our restaurant is closed. As a hotel guest you can request a breakfast package at our reception, please order the evening before.

What security measures have you taken?

  • We have taken a large number of measures. Our areas are professionally cleaned on a daily basis. Door handles are cleaned several times a day. We wash our hands every hour. Our restaurant has been redesigned to give you more space and eat with fewer people. For this we use a reservation system. We have placed hand soap columns in various places so that you can wash your hands quickly and easily.

Can I book a room again?

  • Yes! Did you know that our hotel has not been closed? You can stay comfortably with us, unfortunately several facilities are closed.

What about my cancellation policy for my room reservation?

  • For all cancellation conditions, please refer to the confirmation of your reservation, in addition you can contact the hotel via e-mail at

What is the policy on alcohol consumption?

  • Currently both our restaurant and our hotel bar are closed, we offer the possibility to order alcohol until 20:00, which we will deliver to your hotel room door.

Is a face mask required?

  • Yes, in all public areas of our hotel, a mouth masking obligation applies from 1 December for everyone aged 13 and older. This means that you as a guest wear a mouth mask in all areas during your stay, with the exception of your own hotel room.

Is the swimming pool and fitness open?

  • Unfortunately, the swimming pool, the wellness and our fitness are completely closed by order of the government from December 15 until further notice.

Is it possible to use facilities such as renting an (electric) bicycle at the hotel?

  • Yes, hotel guests can reserve these via our reception as well as a packed lunch. Our hotel has beautiful cycling routes (20/40 / 60km) of the area available for you.

Extra house rules during Corona period

Strict measures apply in our hotel and restaurants to ensure a safe and hospitable stay for you, our other guests and our employees. For this reason, we request that you observe the following rules:

1. The hotel has a strict hygiene and safety policy. This is also indicated in various places in the hotel and/or are pointed out by our employees. You must adhere to this policy and also follow instructions from employees in this area. In particular:

  • keep 1.5 meters away from other guests and staff at all times;
  • stay at home if you have a cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough, fever from 38 degrees Celsius or - if the complaints occur during your stay/visit - leave the hotel;
  • stay at home if a housemate has or has had colds and fever and/or shortness of breath, as a result of which you are also forced to remain in quarantine according to government measures;
  • follow the outes (when indicated) as indicated in the hotel;
  • Follow the other measures as indicated in the hotel.

2. If a guest does not comply with (one of) the measures or instructions from the staff with regard to hygiene, safety and routing, the hotel is entitled to order you to leave the building and/or you deny access. The hotel is also entitled to recover any damage from non-compliance with these Covid-19 (Corona) rules.
