Cancellation policy

When a reservation for hotel accommodation only, with or without breakfast, has been made for one or more individuals, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:

Until when can I cancel free of charge?
You can cancel all types of reservations, except suites, non-refundable and early-birds, free of charge until 12:00 (12 pm) on the day of arrival.

What time is meant by '12 hours on the day of arrival?
The possible check-in time varies per hotel, please check the conditions of the relevant hotel. In addition, you can cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 (12 pm) on the day of arrival.

Have you rented a suite or a family room?
Each hotel has its own cancellation policy for suites and family rooms. These specific conditions can be found on the confirmation of the reservation.

What is a non-refundable reservation?
This is a reservation that you must pay online directly when booking and which can then no longer be canceled or changed.

Why should I choose the non-refundable rate?
Because you waive flexible cancellation and pay the reservation directly online, we give you a discount. The non-refundable rate is therefore always the cheapest rate available at the time of booking.

What is an early bird reservation?
This is a reservation with an extra competitive rate for the early booker, which must be paid directly online. This rate cannot be canceled or changed free of charge.
The early-bird conditions differ per hotel, ask their hotel about their early-bird conditions.

What is a last minute reservation?
A last minute is a reservation with a competitive rate, which is booked in the short term. This means that the booked overnight stay will take place within 2 weeks at the time of booking. Last minutes can only be found on a last minute page and not between the packages, rooms or other promotions.
