Cancellations are free of charge up to 1 week before the day of arrival.
All reservations must be paid for immediately upon booking. Payment can only be done using the payment option provided during the reservation process or, if you make the reservation by email, using the payment option in the confirmation email. If we do not receive payment on time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
