• What room types are available?

  You can choose from comfort rooms, comfort rooms without a balcony, superior double rooms, superior twin rooms, superior studio rooms, and various themed suites.

• What is the maximum occupancy per room type?

  The maximum occupancy varies per room: comfort rooms, superior rooms, and suites are suitable for 2 people. Family rooms and queen rooms are available for up to 4 people.

• Are extra beds available per room?

  We offer the option of adding an extra bed to our Comfort Rooms and Superior Double/Twin Rooms. Children up to 12 years old are permitted; please ask the front desk about the options.

• What is the charge for an extra bed in the room?

  An extra bed costs €30 per bed, per night.

• Are baby cots available at the hotel?

  Yes, we have a limited number of cots available. Please ask the front desk about availability. Not permitted in suites.

• What are the prices for a baby cot in the room?

  A baby cot costs €10 per unit, per night.

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

  Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned.

• Do the rooms have individual thermostats?

  Yes, the temperature in each room can be adjusted individually.

  Yes, all rooms have free Wi-Fi.

  Yes, all rooms and suites feature a walk-in shower.

  The beds in the hotel are from the following brand:

  We exclusively use high-quality mattresses that combine comfort, support, and durability. This ensures you’ll enjoy a good night’s sleep.

  In general, all hotel rooms are wheelchair accessible, but this is especially true of our superior twin rooms and accessible rooms.

  Our accessible room is equipped with a shower chair as standard.

  All rooms are threshold-free, with the exception of the Dubai Suite.

  Yes, our comfort rooms have PVC flooring.

  No.

• Which room types have a balcony?

  All of our Comfort Rooms and the Ibiza Suite feature a balcony.

  None.

• What is the smoking policy on balconies and terraces?

  Smoking is permitted on the balcony, provided you use the designated ashtray.
